I've already paid for WikiCamps, can I install it on multiple devices?
One purchase per platform allows you to install on multiple devices of that same platform.

For example, if you've purchased WikiCamps on your iOS device then you can install WikiCamps for free on all of your other iOS devices *. However, if you wish to also install WikiCamps on your Android device then you would need to purchase a second time.

This is because each app store on each platform is ran by a different company. (Apple, Google and Microsoft)
For this reason, you cannot transfer or share app purchases between stores.

Note:
Your iOS devices must be using the same Apple ID.
Android devices must be using the same gMail account.
Windows deives must be using the same Microsoft account.
WikiCamps will not activate on my new Android device
Please ensure your new device is signed in to the same Google account, in your Android account settings, as your original device where WikiCamps was purchased.
Please note, this is done in your Android account settings and not in WikiCamps.

How to check
Touch to open Google Play on both of your device
Touch the settings icon in the top left corner of the screen.
Here you should see your Google account associated with your app purchases.
This Gmail address needs to match on your all of your Android device for WikiCamps to activate.

Touch Add account then select Google.
Follow the on-screen instructions.

If you are still having trouble please contact support@wikicamps.co and tell us your gmail address.
