Tucked in the foothills of Appalachian Mountains, Quail Creek provides a tranquil space to relax and have fun. This 600-acre resort offers activities like golfing, fishing, hiking, swimming, ping pong, pool, foosball, and basketball.
It has full hookup sites, WIFI, laundry and bathhouse. Guests can access the saltwater pool, golf course, fishing pond, driving range, exercise room, recreation hall, putting green, playground, pavilion, and nature trail.
Daily rate is $40.

Not bad depending on what you are looking for. This campground is very small but has well spaced pull through sites. The campground is very secluded in a quiet rural area. It's a 15 mile drive (minimum) to shopping and restaurants. There is a golf course and a swimming pool. The pool wasn't open when we visited though.
