Description
The Viking Lodge Cabin was built in the early 1970s by Thor Brandt-Erickson, a homesteader of Danish descent. The cabins offers two twin-sized wooden bunks and a large loft area, which can sleep up to six people, a kitchen counter, a wood stove, an outside fire pit, and a rustic pit toilet.

Hiking trail goes 0,3 miles to an public use cabin. Difficulty: easy, time 20-30 minutes.The cabin had tables, chairs, beds, wood stove and Pit-toilet. So if you bring your sleeping pad and a blanket you can spend there some nights.
