Updated coordinates as it's hard to find in the dark. Nice spot with little traffic noise but lots of rubbish around

Lovely spot overlooking the river. Turn off unmarked and 250 m north before the coordinates.

Northbound pullout with a view of the river but no other facilities. The lookout before (closer to Fairbanks) would actually be nicer to stop at for photos as it's higher in the hill rather than near the water.
