Very nice place and for free :-). Stayed here three nights without any issues. First night alone, the second and third night with three other campers. You can hear a little bit the noise from the road, but there is nearly no traffic from 8 pm to 8am. Place is much better than the McCarthy Base Camp.

A big rest area with clean toilets and two tables beneath a roof. It also has one fire pit and fire wood is provided for free.
