Description
Community-owned and operated, Eaglecrest Ski Area is a beautiful ski area with a big mountain terrain, a 1,620-foot vertical drop, and over 640 acres of impressive backcountry access.
This is Southeast Alaska's only ski area, and its season generally runs from the first weekend of December through mid-April. It features many community outreach programs, including a snowsports school offering lessons to students with physical and learning disabilities.
