Description
The Misty Fjords National Monument was formed from disbanded ice that carved away gloriously long, deep fjords with cliffs that rise for thousands of feet. The fjords are considered the skyscrapers of this wilderness wonderland, where visitors can only travel by boat or floatplane in Behm Canal. There are also sightings of killer whales, porpoises, mountain goats, and bears.
