Description
Concessionaire-operated Diamond Rock Campground only fits small trailers and tents in any of its 12 campsites. Shaded by ponderosa pines and just a few paces away from the river, the campground also features a few sites with Civilian Conservations Corps (CCC)-built wooden shelters in the 1930s, such as Adirondack-style three-sided shelters.
No reservations are needed, and the area is also pet-friendly. There are rock fire rings, a large water tank near the camp host, vault toilets, and picnic tables present at Diamond Rock.
