Description

Upper Tonto Creek Campground is a small campground, where the union of Tonto and Horton Creeks is found at the north end of the campground, and fishing in both creeks is popular with travelers. Near Upper Tonto is the Arizona Game and Fish Department that welcomes visitors and has a self-guided tour of the hatchery. There are nine campsites with picnic tables, campfire rings, and cooking grills. Drinking water and vault toilets are available onsite.
