Description
Beaver Creek Day Use Area is popular for picnicking and birding year-round, as well as water play in the summer. The area has limited space, so it easily gets overcrowded on hot days and holiday weekends.
The Large Fee Site is the largest section of Beaver Creek, and is a developed picnic facility with 18 sites providing a table, grill, drinking water, trash cans, vault toilets, and parking for one to two vehicles per site.
On the other hand, the Small No-Fee Site is a small free day use section across the road from the fee site with three picnic sites, and shared parking for a maximum of eight vehicles. Visitors are reminded that there is no drinking water or trash service on this side, and should pack out their own trash, and be prepared with enough water for their needs.

Day use only
Shane
This is a lovely spot right by the creek but was unfortunately only for day use when I arrived. It used to be opened for camping and hopefully will again in the future.
