Being the fourth vista point south of the Painted Desert Visitor Center, Chinde Point Picnic Area has shaded picnic areas, water, and restrooms. Enjoy majestic panoramic views from this viewpoint, and see the red, brown, and orange Painted Desert landscape and a clear view of Pilot Rock, the highest location in the park.
