Description

Popular with locals and visitors, Rotary Community Park boasts lush green grass, tree shaded walkways, and safe buoyed swim area. Admission to the park is free, so it makes for a nice getaway to wind down and relax. The park's beachfront location is accessible by boat or car, and is perfect for both land and water recreational opportunities. Visitors can settle in any of the 16 picnic areas equipped with a shaded canopy, barbecue, picnic table, and a stunning view of Lake Havasu. Play some beach volleyball at one of the six volleyball courts, or try bocce ball on one of the two beachfront courts. The park also has a two-mile jogging and walking path that loops around the entire area, which features outdoor exercise equipment such as a leg press and chin-up bars. There are also three playgrounds for different age levels, and swing sets adjacent to the beach volleyball courts. Visitors that are skilled in skating can make use of the free skate park area with ramps, rails, and jumps, while those who want to ride bicycles, skateboards and scooters can do so on the sidewalks at the park.
