Description
This popular viewpoint offers panoramic views of Grand Canyon from east to west, including several bends of the Colorado River to the east.
The historic Grandview Trail begins here. This trail is VERY steep! In the summer much of the trail is in full sun. In the winter ice and snow can make hiking treacherous. Always use caution on the Grandview Trail.

Great view from the top no need to hike in. Very limited rv parking .

If you go down 30-45 Minutes (very steep) then you have the first great view, probably more than 99% of visitors will ever see from the top of the rim ;-) It takes 5-8 hours round trip to the horse shoe mesa.

Toller Schlafplatz, es liegt direkt am Ausichtspunkt und es sind gesonderte Stellplätze für übernacht Parker da. WC sind auch gut und man hat sogar gar nicht so schlechten Empfang. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen!
