Long Logs and Agate House Trails can be combined for a 2.6-mile round trip starting at the Rainbow Forest Museum parking area.
Long Logs is one of the largest concentrations of petrified wood at the park, where visitors can explore the ancient log jam at the base. The first half-mile of the trail is paved, but there are narrow turns and rough surfaces that may not be suitable for wheelchairs and other mobility equipment.
On the other hand, the Agate House was an eight-room home that can be entered through the ceiling.
