Description
A 14-acre 55+ RV resort with 428 sites, asphalt streets and concrete patios. 158 sites can be reserved beforehand. With 300 days of sunshine, you can enjoy Colorado River and Imperial Dam almost anytime. Though located in the desert, fishing and boating are just nearby.
The management plans activities for all its guests including a weekly jam session, Saturday breakfast, Sunday church service, bingo, biscuits and gravy, live entertainment, water aerobics, potlucks, and arts and crafts.
It is a pet-friendly resort with a clubhouse, game room and billiards, shuffleboard, library, pool and hot tub, restrooms, showers, and laundry facility. WIFI is also available.
Rates range between $50 to $58 for full hookup sites. They also have cottages on site which can sleep up to 4 people.
