Description
This resort claims to be Bullhead City's most luxurious 55+ community with its 47-acre, Spanish-style property.
They offer 373 large spaces with full services that will make you enjoy the most of your retirement years.
Recreational facilities include two pools and spas, lounges, library, sewing and craft rooms, shuffleboard, ball room, exercise room, and clean laundromat. Perfect for your long stay plans. WIFI and Cable TV are also available that is not included in your rent.
If you have your own RV, rates start at $30 per day to $425 a month which includes water, sewage, garbage, tax, amenities, and electricity. If you exceed 1000kwh, you will be billed an additional .14/kwh. RVs must be 15 years or newer.
They also offer mobile homes for $325 a month.
Credit card is not accepted so prepare cash or check.
