Not a Resort and lots of sand, stayed 2 months Dec 2018 to Feb 2019. Most sites back-in, plenty wide, showers and restrooms are not centrally located - at park office on one end. Farm land all around, quiet, about 9 miles south of Yuma. Will stay again.
