Sundance 1 RV Resort is a 55+ community for anyone looking to escape the busy city life and wanting to experience a resort and community atmosphere. The resort offers spacious sites to rent for guests with RVs, and allows residents to convert to a Park Model Home or expand into a larger Manufactured Home in the resort's Sundance 2 extension over time. Sundance features many amenities that guests can try to make their time at the resort as engaging as they can imagine. There are two resort pool with spas, eight pickleball courts, an RC race track, two exercise rooms, two billiards room, and an art barn among others. The resort also has a full-time Activities Director and staff that organize and plan many special events for large groups and group excursions. Because of its convenient location, residents at Sundance don't have to travel far to get to shopping malls, restaurants, golf courses, health facilities, grocery stores, and theaters.
