Description
We are located off of Fry Blvd behind The Spark 90.9 radio station and Jack Furriers Western Tires. You will find us to be one of the best Mobile Home and RV communities in Sierra Vista. Sites are available for mobile homes, park models and RVs. Seasonal rates are available for short or long term RV space rentals.
If you love trees, nature, and you like to walk, we are the place for you. We are pet friendly and offer a country-like atmosphere in the midst of town.
The overnight section of the park is 30AMP only.
Due to our insurance requirements the following dogs are NOT ALLOWED
on Thunderbird MH/RV Park property:
(Pit Bull, Chow, German Shepherd, Doberman, or any other vicious-type dogs or any mix thereof);
however we ARE a pet-friendly park and small dogs of a gentle nature are allowed.
All dogs are subject to Management approval

Wonderfull, quiet RV and MH park located within easy walking to several stores and community park. Like a little oasis set back from the main road in the center of the city. 2019 monthly rate for RV 30 amp sites is $425 for 32' and under, $450 for over 32'. Call for weekly RV rates, dry storage and 50 amp rates. Has night security and cameras.
