Located in Marana, Valley of the Sun Mobile Home & RV Park has many returning visitors and attracts new faces throughout the year. With a total of 70 RV spaces, guests can also choose to stay at one of the park's 50 permanent mobile home sites. All RV spaces come with complete utilities, such as city water and sewer hookups. The 55+ park welcomes overnighters, and offers many 70' pull-through for easy parking, along with 30 and 50amp connections. Not only does Valley of the Sun have WiFi access, the park also houses a clubhouse, a large swimming pool, completely renovated bathrooms with modern tiling, a large recreation room, a laundromat and a poker and pool table room for the guests to use. Aside from the RV sites, there are park models and mobile homes onsite, which can be purchased directly at the park. These luxurious homes are built with standard features, such as full tape and texture interiors, residential cabinets, appliances, and solid framing construction for residents' convenience. All units are also set up with air conditioning and paved parking.
