Canoeing, fishing, hiking, and river access are offered at Wolf Pen Recreation Area. Its location next to Mulberry River provides a scenic camp atmosphere to visitors.
It has 6 primitive sites which can accommodate small trailers. Vault toilets are available. Camping fee is $10 a night.

Camping consists of 6 primitive units, available space for small camping trailers, and the picnicking area is designed for 5 family units. The area is also equipped with vault toilets but there is no drinking water. Good fishing and hunting is available nearby when in season.

Beautiful campsite right next to the Mulberry River. The Mulberry is an excellent grade 2+ paddle between Wolf Pen and Redding campground. Paddle is 12 miles and takes between 4 - 6 hrs depending on water levels and experience.
