See the Nimrod Dam in western Perry County, and the oldest project of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the state that was created to control flooding along the Fourche La Fave River. It created a reservoir called the Nimrod Lake, which stretches across the border of Perry and Yell counties and is a popular attraction for fishermen and duck hunters.

Stayed here over memorial weekend so it was busy. Camp hosts do a great job maintaining facility. Quiet nights sleep considering it's so close to the dam wall.
