Description
Spanning 900 acres, Prairie Grove remains one of America's most intact Civil War battlefields. It commemorates the 1862 battle which resulted to 2,700 casualties.
Today, visitors can have walking and driving tours, programs, and weekend events. It features the Hindman Hall Museum with artifacts from the battle. Admission is free.
