At China Camp Sate Park, Back Ranch Meadows Campground features hike-in sites for tent-only camping. This means visitors must hand carry all equipment from the parking lot to the campsites, which range from 50-300 yards in distance from the parking lot. A maximum of eight people are allowed in each site.
There is en-route camping available for RVs with a grey water holding tank, that is available for one-night camping only. No dump station or hookups are available at this campground.

Clean showers & toilets. Lot of wasps during the day. Gate closes at 9:00 pm and opens at 8:00 am.
