Description

Nestled in San Luis Reservoir State Recreation Area, Basalt Campground is a developed campground where vehicles must remain on roads at all times and may park only in designated areas. The campground can accommodate eight persons and two vehicles (including trailers) maximum. Open year-round, visitors can only stay a maximum of 15 consecutive days at the campsite, and 30 days overall in the state park within one year.

Campsite is nice, showers need attation, many fly's insinde :( and you must pay extra for showering. 2min = 0,50$. No power, no water by the tentside available.

Nice place next to San Luis Reservoir. No hookups. About 79 sites. Clean restroom/showers. Very quiet.
