Description

As the name suggests, huge and towering Jeffrey Pines can be found in the campground. It features 16 secluded sites along the Bishop Creek popular for fishing. Lake Sabrina and South Lake are also nearby where anglers can fish from boats or float tubes. Campers can have a day trip hiking into the Sabrina Basin. Flush and vault toilets, and tap water are available in the camp. Tables, fire rings, and storage lockers are provided. RVs up to 22 feet can be accommodated but there are no hookups. Dump station can be accessed Four Jeffrey campground about 4 miles from Big Trees. Camping fee is $30 a night for a single site that can accommodate 6 people for a maximum stay of 7 days. Reservation is not needed in this campground. You can bring your pets but keep them on leash.
