Description

Note: This campground is temporarily closed due to Bobcat Fire. Always check their website or call their hotline for current conditions. Smell of incense cedars is all over the air in Buckhorn campground. Various activities can be done in nearby areas like hiking the Burkhart Trail, Pacific Crest Trail, and Silver Moccasin. If you want some water activities, it is also in close proximity to Buckhorn Creek, Buckhorn Falls, and Cooper Canyon Falls. At night, campers sometimes spot constellations, planets, and shooting stars. It features 38 campsites, with picnic tables, vault toilets and piped water available. 3 sites are also accessible. Camping fee is $12 a night for a single site. All sites are on a first come, first serve basis. Camping trailers of up to 18 feet can be accommodated.
