Description
Mild temperatures and sunny skies are what you can expect here during winter months, making it an ideal getaway for outdoor exploration. Tent sites, RV hookup sites, cabins, yurts, and group campsites are featured at Cachuma Lake Recreation Area. Their cabins and yurts have stunning views of the lake.
Sites can be reserved up to 6 months in advance. Weekend reservations require a 2-night minimum stay, and 3 nights on holiday weekends.
The area has a fully stocked general store, gas station, laundromat, and hot showers. There is also a playground for the kids, and the whole family can enjoy lake cruises, the nature center, fishing piers, or explore the hiking trails.
Camping rates range from $25 to $50 a night.
