Description
Four campgrounds are located at Carpinteria State Beach with a total of 191 campsites. Sandy beaches await the visitors of these campgrounds. Some sites are exclusively for RVs and trailers, while others can accommodate tent campers, too. Premium sites are located on the beachfront while some have full hookups.
A store, visitor center, and summer interpretive programs are located in the campground. Sites are equipped with tables, and fire rings with grills. Flush toilets, showers, and dump station are available.
Guests can enjoy swimming, surf fishing, tidepool exploring, and a lot more water activities. Dogs are allowed in the campground and picnic areas but not on the beach. Lifeguards are patrolling the area all year.
Camping fee ranges from $45 to $80 a night. Sites 5, 15, 38, 52, and 64 are accessible sites.

Sehr schön, grosse plätze mit einer bank. Direkt am strand und am morgen sahen wir delfine. Sehr hilfsbereite und freudnliche mitarbeiter. Den zug hört man nicht sehr gut. Würde wieder kommen. Evt reservieren. War sehr voll. Hatten beim 1 mal kein platz haben dann auf der strasse geschlafen und kamen am nächsten tag wieder.
