Description
Camp under a grove of ponderosa pine, fir and cedar at Chilkoot Campground, offering ample space for tent or RV camping and is located at an elevation of approximately 4,600 feet, so expect a comfortable camping experience during the hottest days of summer with the fresh, cool breeze.
The campground features a host and vault toilets, but drinking water is unavailable. Each campsite also has a gravel parking spur, a picnic table and a fire ring.

A great little place about 1.5 hours from Yosemite Valley. Pretty quiet and clean. Head down the road a bit to find a fantastic stream.Campsite is a short ride from a market and gas station.
