Description

All of Cold Springs' 40 tent-only campsites are for reservation. 31 of these are regular sites while 9 are walk-in campsites about 100 to 200 yards from the parking area. Vault toilets, potable water, trash services, and food storage lockers are available. The campground is usually open from May to October. During spring and fall, potable water might not be always available. Black bears are active in this part of the forest so make sure to store your food and scented items properly. There are no ADA-compliant sites at the moment and the roads are unpaved and uneven. Camping fee is $22 a night for 6 people in a single site. Seniors and Access Pass holders are entitled to a 50% discount.
