It is a popular gathering place during the winter for recreational activities such as tubing, sledding, and great snow play. Vehicles with snow chains or 4-wheel drive are often required due to the road condition in the winter season.

Schöner Campingplatz! Nice Campground!

Nice spot to stay close to yosemite np entrance. Portable toilet and trash bin, at the beginning of the road a sign that prohibits fires and cooking on gas stoves

Sehr schöner Campingplatz mitten im Wald und sehr nah am Yosemite Nationalpark. ☺️ Hier lohnt es sich zu schlafen um am nächsten Tag schnell in den Park zu kommen.
