Goat Meadow Trailhead & Snow Play is an informal sledding hill located in the Sierra National Forest. It is a popular gathering place during the winter for recreational activities such as tubing, sledding, and great snow play. Vehicles with snow chains or 4-wheel drive are often required due to the road condition in the winter season.

Sehr schöner Campingplatz mitten im Wald und sehr nah am Yosemite Nationalpark. ☺️ Hier lohnt es sich zu schlafen um am nächsten Tag schnell in den Park zu kommen.

Good spot to stay just outside Yosemite NP. Plenty of space for RV's and tents. No toilets but has bins. Free.
