Description

Gull Lake Campground is a small campground offering 11 sites, five of which are sat along Gull Lake. All campsites can accommodate tents, motor homes and travel trailers under 25'. Longer RVs are not recommended because of the short site pads and the narrow cul-de-sac turnaround at the area. At an elevation of 7,600 feet, the campground is tucked under a stand of mature aspen trees, surrounded by 11,000 and 12,000' peaks. Campers will see many species of wildlife that call the mountains home, such as black bears, mountain lions, mule deer, pine martens, and numerous fish and birds. With its close proximity to the lake, there are a ton of water and land-based activities near the campground. Go rainbow trout fishing, enjoy paddling down Mono Creek or hike the area's many trails, including one to Mammoth Rock and scenic Sherwin Lakes and Gaylor Lake Trails.
