Description

Snuggled between Jeffrey pine trees, campers in this campground will experience solitude and cold nights. There are 85 sites with 67 being available for reservations while 18 are first-come, first-serve campsites. An access to a 7.8-mile roundtrip trail to Gray's Peak can be hiked by campers. It is also near the Pacific Crest National Scenic trail. Target shooting areas are also within a distance as well as the Big Pine Flat OHV staging area. Single sites cost $30 a night while double sites are $60 a night. Each site has a picnic table. Toilets, drinking water, and parking are available. They are imposing a 3-night minimum stay on holiday weekends. For camping trailers, a maximum length of 26 feet will be allowed.
