This campground serves as a good basecamp for those who want to explore Kaiser Wilderness. It is also located next to Huntington Lake providing various recreations like swimming, boating, and fishing. It has a total of 25 campsites in a canopy of fir and pine. RVs and trailers up to 40 feet can be accommodated here.
Restrooms with flush toilets, piped water, and pay phone can be used by campers. All sites have picnic tables, fire rings, and grills. Kinnnikinnick campground is open from May to September as long as the weather is good.
Camping fee is $34 a night plus a $10 reservation fee. Each site can accommodate 6 guests and 2 vehicles. Pets are allowed but must be kept on leash. Sites can be reserved through recreation.gov.
