Lane Trail Camp is one of the more secluded camps in Big Basin, which gives a very nice backcountry camp feel. as the campground is located off a beaten path and has small trees and little groundcover.

Two drop toilets with paper available and a small trash bin. All sites are pretty good except for #4 which is furthest and smallest. We squished a2-person tent, 1-person tent hammock and tarp to sit. Lesson learned to get there early and stake out a good site. 6 sites total each with a good sized bear locker. No open fires allowed, only gas stoves.
