Description
Lopez Lake has a total of 350 campsites spread on 16 campgrounds which are situated near the lake or in scenic oak forest. Some sites have full hookups, partial hookups, and water-only. In the full hookup campgrounds, only RVs and trailers will be accommodated. Tent campers can choose from partial and water-only sites.
Picnic tables and fire pits come with every site. Piped water, showers with a fee, and restrooms with flush toilets are available on ground. Campers will have fun exploring the lake through sailing, boating, waterskiing, kayaking, or fishing. There are local trails to hike as well. Mustang Water Park and Vista Lago Adventure Park are some nearby local attractions.
Daily rate ranges from $28 to $50 depending on the site you choose and day of your visit. You can reserve a slot up to one year in advance. Each site can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
In addition to the 350 campsites, they also have 7 group camping site for $315 per night for one spot. That includes 15 vehicles. Small group sites cost $168 for up to 8 vehicles. A large, round BBQ pit, serving table, picnic tables, water and electricity are available in group campsites.

Really beautiful, spacious campsites and lots of wildlife. Hot showers are 1$ for 5 mins. Nice and very helpful rangers!Loved it!
