Description
Lower Moro campground has 9 primitive sites with distant views of oceans and surrounding hills. Hiking and biking trails can be accessed nearby. Wildlife is very abundant in the area such as deer, bobcat, coyote, pheasant, quail, and hawks. Rattlesnake are occasionally spotted, so be cautious. Vault toilets are available in the camp. Camping fee is $15 a night.

You leave your car at the entrance and them hike to the spot for about 3 miles. The hike is challenging and there is no water so you should be prepared. It's a nice view from the campground and there was next to no one besides us. It's cheaper than the one at the entrance too.
