Description

This campground sits along the eastern shore of Morro Bay. Campers enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, sun bathing, among other things. It has a total of 120 campsites, 5 are for tents only, 28 with partial hookups for RVs and trailers, and 87 which can accommodate tents, RVs, and trailers. 2 group campsites and 5 hike and bike sites are also available. It is open all year with some sites that can be reserved up to 6 months in advance. There are couple of sites that are wheelchair accessible too. Sites have picnic tables, and fire rings with grill. The campground has a dump station, piped water, showers, restrooms with flush toilets, and campfire center. Camping fee is $35 for standard and $50 for hookups. Maximum vehicle length to be accommodated is 35 feet.

Nice big site with views of the surrounding hills, electric hook-up available. Friendly camp hosts on site after the entrance hut closed at 3.30pm & firewood available to purchase. Clean toilets but showers weren't nice & token operated (1 token = 4 minutes).

Lovely campground. Hiker/Biker is $10 and you can stay multiple night. Warm showers wth good pressure.
