Description
Pine and cedar trees provide shade to the 11 campsites in this campground located along Kaiser Pass Road. Each site is equipped with picnic table, fire rings, and grill. Bear boxes are provided to store the food properly and out of bears' reach.
Vault toilets are located on site, but water is not available. Roads in the campground are paved making it accessible. Large RVs and motorhomes are recommended on Kaiser Pass Road.
Camping fee is $22 a night for a single site. Portal Forebay campground is open from June to September.
