Description
Situated in desert cliffs, Red Rock Canyon offers 50 primitive campsites which are on a first come, first serve basis. Potable water, pit toilets, fire rings, and tables are available. You can either bring your own firewood or buy it at the visitor's center. No hookups or showers can be used by campers. A maximum of 8 people can stay in each site.
It tends to be full on weekends of spring and fall, or if holiday weekend weather is nice. Camping fee is $25 a night including parking for one vehicle. RVs up to 30 feet in length can be accommodated. Seniors have a discount, too.
Horses or livestock are not allowed in the campground. Generators can be used but must be turned off from 8pm to 10am. Quiet hours are being observed from 10 pm to 6 am.

Nice small state park campground.

Absolute fantastic. Viel Platz, immer wider was Neues zu entdecken. Tolle Wanderungen. Nettes Personal. Wir waren 3 Tage und finden es von Tag zu Tag schöner. Viel Besucherwechsel Preis ist wirklich nicht zu hoch. Unbedingt besuchen.

Very unique place for a campground. The campground is so spacious that it is advisable to get a spot not to far from a toilet, otherwise it can be quite a hike.
