Description
This campground is within short distance to Reds Meadow Resort where a store and restaurant is located. The resort also has a pack station that offers horseback riding to Rainbow Falls. Reds Meadow Campground is popular for hikers of Pacific Crest and John Muir trails.
It features 52 campsites equipped with tables, fire rings, and bear boxes. All sites are on a first come, first serve basis. Tens, RVs, and trailers can be accommodated. There are flush toilets and tap water available in the campground. You can bring your pets but keep them on leash and pickup after them all the time.
Camping fee is $25 a night. 6 people can stay in a single site.
