Description

Also known as 'New Jack City,' this free campsite offers recreation activities like camping, wildlife viewing, hunting, rock climbing, and picnicking. It was named Sawtooth because of the resemblance between its ridge line to the outline of a saw blade. 13 campsites are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a vault toilet and kiosk. Shade ramadas are also available along with 12 fire pits and grills, 12 BBQ grills, and 12 picnic tables. If you re wanting to light a fire while staying here make sure you have obtained a campfire permit online. off-highway vehicle (OHV) driving is prohibited in this area to prevent damaging the soil, vegetation, and air quality of the canyon. You need to bring sufficient water, food, and other supplies for your trip. NOTE: Keep an eye on poisonous snakes

Peaceful place. We came late and there was still place to stay. A little bit scary if you arrive in the night, but everything change when you wake up, we love the spot
