This spot is dirty and the road is steep and very rocky at its beginning, just drive 3km further for the rest area with a toilet.

Steep dirt gravel road off of s fork road that leads to a large flat open area, gravel pit, that dead ends. Plenty of room to turn around. Established fire pit in National Forest. Not great views and kinda trashy but open with lots of sun and close to the road and close to Howland hill road. Not bad for a quick overnight spot.

This is last spot. Everywhere else are no overnight signs. Except road sites. Bad here with overnight.
