Description

Stillwater Cove Regional Park features a picturesque crescent of beach, making it a popular spot for tidepooling, picnicking, fishing, diving, and ocean kayaking. The park offers individual campsites and a hiker and bicycle site, which include easy beach access, potable water, a dump station, restrooms with coin-operated showers, flush toilets, and electrical outlets. Campers and visitors can see the historic, one-room Fort Ross Schoolhouse, which was moved in the park's interior decades ago for preservation. Stillwater Cove also offers more than three miles of trails, including the 1.6-mile Canyon Trail loop that follows Stockhoff Creek through a canyon of towering redwoods filled with ferns.
