We were the only campers on 6/28/15 which was nice. Campsites with fire pits/grills were clean, toilets were clean. Water from the manual pump came out a little brown and had a heavy sent of iron. I'd recommend bringing your own water to cook & drink. Water level of the lake is low so it's a good distance to the lake, but it's beautiful!
