Description
Sitting on the shore of Pine Flat Lake, campers at Trimmer Campground overlooks the upper end of the lake. It has ten campsites, half are for tents only and the other half can accommodate tents, RVs, and trailers.
All sites have picnic table and fire ring with grill, but there are no hookups available. Hot showers are free. Restrooms with flush toilets, and tap water are available in the campground. There is a launch ramp where you can enjoy the lake through boating, fishing, and waterskiing. There is no designated accessible site but facilities are ADA-compliant.
Camping fee is $20 a night. A maximum of 6 people and 2 vehicles can stay in a single site. Dogs are allowed but must be kept on leash.

Nice spot by the river. Showers and toilets dirty and not maintained like a lot of other campgrounds in California.

A lake where you can swim surrounded by dry mountains. Good place for rest! A lot of facilities out of service. We test 4 showers before finding one working.

Nice campground with lake view. But facilities could be better maintained. Nice hot shower. Easy booking on site possible via recreation.gov-app - but weak cellphone reception - or call/wait for the ranger (number on every site).
