Description
Also called as Swimmers Delight campground, it is located beside Alton River. Wading and swimming are usually safe during summer when the river is low enough. If not, rafters and anglers will still have a good time here.
It has 30 campsites for tents, RVs and trailers. 6 sites have 30-amp electric hookups. Picnic tables, fire rings, food lockers, flush toilets, showers, tap water, laundry, and store are available on site.
Camping fee is $25 a night.

Very nice camphost and rangers. There are sites with river acces and completely in the redwoods. Recommend place number 7 next to the river. local people came in the weekend for the day area

Really nice Campground on the river and beneath the redwood trees. There are restrooms and coin operated showers.Camping is 25$ per night.
