Description
Fall in love with the cottonwood, oak and sycamore trees encircling this campground. There are two nearby streams you can visit, one of them runs all year and feeds the fishing pond of the campground. It is a campground for all ages so you bring your kids and teach them life skills. Various animals live in Woods Valley like ducks, pygmy goats, chickens, miniature steer, quail, heron, and egret.
You can play volleyball and horseshoes or swim in the pool. The grass area is perfect for picnics or playing croquet and bocce ball. You can also hang out and watch a movie or sports game at the recreation hall.
Tent sites cost $40 with water and picnic table. There is 2-night minimum stay in tent areas. Partial hookup sites cost $45 with 30/20-amp electric. Full hookup is $50. These rates are based on 4 people and 1 vehicle.
Dogs are allowed and must be on leash at all times. Campfires can only be lit in authorized containers. Quiet time is being observed from 10 pm to 8 am.
