Looking for a great spot to picnic with the entire family? Commons Beach in Tahoe City is a four-plus-acre park popular for recreational activities such as sunbathing, swimming, and picnicking. The pet-friendly park also features group picnic sites, including a group barbecue area that can accommodate up to 75 people, as well as an amphitheater that can seat 65. There's also a children's playground within a large lakefront grass and sand area.
